I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Central Connecticut State University. I am a recent graduate for Marriage and Family Therapy at Central Connecticut State University. I am a systemic therapist who has clinical experience helping client’s taco problems arising within themselves and the world around them. By cultivating a therapeutic relationship with families, couples, adults and youth I hope to assist improve your awareness and quality of life. I have exposure working with intensive family and adolescent programs. Women striving to re-ability back into society from incarceration. Parents who have the Department of Children and Families involvement. Individuals balancing their relationships and everyday life. In addition, to parents and guardians struggling to connect with their adolescent. There is no cookie cutter experience of why you desire help to nurture your overall health. 

I look forward to building a therapeutic relationship to assist in goals big or small. As your therapist I will provide a confidential, non-judgmental and creative safe to navigate life.
