Erika Mott, LMSW CHW is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Community Health Worker, with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut School of Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minor in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Connecticut.

Erika has a background working in community-based settings, assisting individuals who struggle with mental health and substance use disorders. She has a lot of experience working in case management and working with people living with HIV. 

Erika is passionate about human rights and strives to meet each person where they are, empower them, and help them on their journey. She is really excited to work with you.
