Hello, my name is Stephanie. I’m a newly graduated student with an associate’s in health science. I’m continuing my education in healthcare management to further enhance my knowledge and skills. I believe that effective healthcare management is crucial for providing quality care to patients and ensuring the smooth functioning of healthcare organizations. I aim to gain a comprehensive understanding of the various aspects involved in running an organization, from financial management and strategic planning to human resources and policy development. I want to acquire the necessary skills to make a positive impact in this dynamic field.
My biggest and long-term goal is to become a pediatrician. I have always been drawn to the innocence and resilience of children, and firmly believe working with them is where my true calling relies. I aspire to be more than just a medical professional; I want to be a trusted advocate for these young souls. Children are at the very beginning of their journey in life, and it is during this crucial period that they require the utmost care and support. My future role as a pediatrician extends beyond the realm of medicine. I want to be a voice for these children, advocating their rights, ensuring they receive the best possible care, and addressing any concerns they may have. I believe that every child deserves to be heard and understood, and I am committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where they can express themselves freely.
Working with Power of Choices, I want to take the time to focus on bringing community events to life. Traveling to different states for seminars to enhance our knowledge and bring new ideas back to our team. Also, helping the team stay up to date with innovative approaches, and technology solutions to improve and streamline administrative processes.
