Jasmine Hall, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), earned her Master's degree through the advanced standing program at Springfield College. Her diverse experiences encompass working with adults and youth facing homelessness, women's issues, food insecurity, individuals with physical and mental disabilities, and those affected by the criminal justice system, spanning ages 12-80. She has also focused on disengaged youth, young adults (ages 12-21), and individuals (ages 18-72) in need of energy and housing assistance.

Jasmine has undergone specialized training, including Integrating Peer Support Services in Trauma-Informed Cultures, Cognitive Restructuring, Abuse and Neglect, PMT, CPR, Client Engagement, Mental Health, Co-occurring disorders, and Culture Responsiveness. She has facilitated Cognitive Behavior Therapy groups tailored for females, addressing challenging emotions, behaviors, and thoughts.

Recognized as a Program Champion for Motivational Interviewing by CSSD (Court Support Service Division), Jasmine integrates Motivational Interviewing techniques to help individuals navigate mixed feelings and insecurities, empowering them to make positive life decisions. Jasmine's philosophy acknowledges that people make decisions crucial to their survival, with mindfulness enabling greater control over actions and choices, leading to personal growth and empowerment.

You can expect me to meet you where you are in life. I understand that life has its ups and downs. I am aware that sometimes you have to make uncomfortable decisions that are crucial to your survival and that those decisions can have positive or adverse effects on your growth.
